At Boysenberry, we believe in thoughtful purchasing and lasting quality. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Items must be returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Please note that final sale items, personalized items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at:

Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you’d like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
